Fast and Fancy Horizontal Lines

Word has a feature called “AutoFormat As You Type.” You can find the AutoFormat As You Type tab by choosing AutoCorrect from the Tools Menu. If there is a checkmark in the box next to the word Borders, you can add easily add interesting horizontal lines to your text by typing three characters and hitting the Enter key.

If the check box next to Borders is blank, Word will not automatically create these lines.
